I had a problem with my pool heater and the owner of Pool Medic talked me through getting the settings right on the master control of my pool heater. Solved the problem and he never had to come out to the house. Thank you Pool Medic your integrity says a lot about the kind of company you are.

When I called Pool Medic, someone actually answered the phone. My previous pool company I called 3 times and never received a call back and that is why I called Pool Medic. The owner made an appointment with me to come out and bid weekly service. He was very professional and polite. He took the time to explain options and actually showed me what was wrong with my cleaning system. He made sure I had no further question before leaving. I have used cheaper pool services and realize you may pay a little more but for quality and dependability its worth it. Thank you Pool Medic Team I am a very happy customer.

We had just bought our first home with a pool, needless to say we knew absolutely nothing about taking care of our pool. A few days after we closed on our new home I saw an ambulance in front of me and noticed it was for "Pool Medic". I quickly wrote down the phone number and called when I got home. I was so excited when CJ said he could have his service manager Frank stop by at the end of the day to give us some pool schooling. We were so impressed with the quality and knowledge that we hired Pool Medic to clean and service our pool that way we could just enjoy our new pool. Our pool is sparkling clean. By the way Pool Medic the ambulance is a great marketing bill board.
